Your situation · Provider change

Change serialization providers without losing sight of what matters.

Your partner connections, validated processes and daily compliance work all matter during a switch. Assess what can stay, what needs testing and how the transition can be managed through established SoftGroup technology and specialist service support.

Documented experienceSoftGroup has completed 36 customer migrations from other providers over three years.
The decision point

The status quo deserves the same scrutiny as the switch.

Staying can preserve familiarity, but it does not remove questions about support continuity, continued product investment, or long-term fit. A switch introduces change risk; the right comparison considers both.

01

Renewal or upgrade

A contract milestone or mandatory release reopens commercial and validation decisions.

02

Regulatory modernization

NDC-12, regional expansion, or interface change means the current stack must be touched anyway.

03

Provider direction and support continuity

Changes in strategic priorities or service models can affect long-term fit, support continuity, and continued product investment.

04

TCO and validation burden

Connection fees, renewal step-changes, testing, and day-to-day operation can obscure the real cost.

What the switch should solve

A successful switch changes more than your software.

Plan for both the transition and the daily work after it: partner data, exceptions, validation and ongoing support.

01

Exceptions and alerts

Monitoring, triage, resolution coordination, and documented escalation should not depend on one specialist.

02

Partner onboarding and connections

Start with your existing connections. The assessment identifies which can continue and which need technical changes, testing or re-onboarding.

03

Validation

Planning, test evidence, controlled change, and audit-ready documentation become part of the migration and ongoing service.

Continuity by design

Preserve what is proven. Change what is creating the burden.

NETWORK MATCH · GLOBAL STARTING POINT

Know your connections before you switch.

Network Match is the standard starting assessment for AssureTrace migration projects across supported markets. It examines your existing trading-partner connections, protocols and operational dependencies so the transition can be planned around your real network.

01

Map the current network

Identify partner connections, technical routes, data exchanges and critical dependencies.

02

Assess possible continuity

Evaluate which connections may be maintained and where changes, testing or partner engagement are required.

03

Build the transition scope

Turn connection-level findings into a market-aware migration plan, with responsibilities and readiness criteria.

Network Match is a standard assessment, not a guarantee that every connection can remain unchanged. Feasibility depends on the market, partner participation, technology and regulatory requirements.

Switching FAQ

The practical questions, answered directly.

Will every trading partner need to be re-onboarded?

No. The goal is to avoid unnecessary re-onboarding. The baseline identifies which connections can continue and where protocol, data, qualification or validation changes require coordinated work.

Does AssureTrace replace the network?

No. AssureTrace does not replace the wider network. The underlying technology supports defined exchange standards and published protocols; each connection is assessed for compatibility, qualification and migration requirements.

Will production lines or shipments stop during migration?

Your migration plan addresses production and shipment continuity through phased testing, validation and agreed rollback criteria. Any downtime requirements are assessed for your specific setup.

Can the service cover both EU and US operations?

The underlying technology supports both EU and US compliance contexts, with managed support aligned to customer requirements.

How is the validated state protected?

Validation scope, testing, evidence, approval, cutover, and ongoing change control are planned as part of the migration and managed operation.

Are future intelligence applications available today?

No. Customer-facing intelligence applications are not currently available. Today, the focus is reliable managed compliance and the governed data it creates.
